About JoAnne Wyatt

My purpose in the Real Estate business is to act as a conduit between willing Sellers and qualified Buyers.  My goal is to provide an atmosphere of confidence and trust where clients can achieve their dreams.   My name is Jo Anne Wyatt.  I became a real estate agent with Crye-Leike Brock Real Estate in March, 2010 working at the Greers Ferry branch office. 

After obtaining my broker's license, I was promoted to Managing Executive Broker of the Greers Ferry office in July 2013.   Each year, I received the Arkansas Realtors Association Award of Excellence for my sales performance.  I am a member of the Cleburne County Board of Realtors and have served as Secretary/Treasurer.

Prior to entering into the real estate business, I was a Financial Manager for 25 years at both the manufacturing and retail level. 

For entertainment I enjoy playing golf with family and friends. I enjoy traveling, seeing new places and playing golf on new venues. I am a member of the Thunderbird Country Club in Heber Springs and serve as Treasurer of the Red Apple Ladies Golf Association.
